Since the HIE implementation is a tapestry of various open source projects, different licenses apply to individual projects/initiatives.
SharedHealth: All Shared Health code repositories are licensed under Apache License, Version 2.0 by default, unless specified otherwise in specific code repositories.
OpenMRS : OpenMRS is licensed under Mozilla Public License, v. 2.0.
Bahmni: We demonstrate the integration using Bahmni, an opensource Hospital Information System. Bahmni is licensed under AGPL, Version 3.0. Please see here for more details on specific Bahmni Components license.
AtomFeed: We use AtomPub based publication for notifying systems. We are using Simplefeed protocol and its reference implementation Atomfeed. AtomFeed is licensed under Apache License, Version 2.0.
